T-Mobile US and Deustche Telekom AG have launched T-IoT, bringing ‘one global team and one global solution’ to streamline and manage all their connections in one place. The aim is to improve the core user experience, cut costs, and boost efficiency.
This will provide worldwide network connectivity, using 5G to ensure the fastest speeds. Furthermore the T-IoT will include streamlined contract and billing, and customer support.
The Managing Director for Business Customers for Telekom Deustchland stated that “Customers today rely on receiving service and assistance anywhere in the world. We’re able to do that with this transatlantic collaboration.”
